A Word from the General Manager

Hello Cooperators,

August is here and we are now just a couple of weeks away from getting in our new coolers. There will be a lot of items moving around and we appreciate your patience as we relocate these items to their new home. We have already begun to move some sections to reduce the workload later.

Specialty cheese has now been relocated to the island display in front of the pastry case. Vegan items that were in the dairy cooler have been moved to a cooler to the left of the fresh meat case. Next week we will begin moving all of the Central Illinois Bakehouse items as well as all other bread products to the shelving on the backside of the Bakery display in the back corner. Frozen breads will be moved to the freezer where our house-made pizza is currently located and the pizza along with the frozen pizza crust will be moved into the regular frozen aisle next to the other pizzas. 

When the new coolers arrive they will have to sit for a couple of days to ensure they are running smoothly before we will begin the rest of the moves. This map will be available in-store also to assist you in your regular shopping and of course, you may always ask one of our staff to help you if you cannot find something.
