Learn how to make two summertime pastry recipes with local baker, Hannah Fink of Tooth Butter Cottage Bakery. In this in-person baking class, participants will make their own mini rustic fruit galettes with an almond frangipane filling and learn a versatile buttermilk biscuit recipe served with local fruit cobber filling and fresh whipped cream. These recipes highlight local summer fruits and the unique whole grain milled flours from Janie’s Mill.
