French Cooking Class & Meal Kit

Common Ground's Cooking Classes are back with a Meal Kit! Learn to cook traditional Sweet and Savory Crêpes in the comfort of your own kitchen. Quentin, Co-op owner and instructor, will walk you through the whole process of making sweet crêpes Suzette and savory buckwheat galettes. Crêpe Suzette is one of the most traditional French desserts that is made with a homemade orange juice and sweet caramel sauce with hints of orange liqueur. For the savory buckwheat galette, attendees will be able to choose between ham, local havarti, and local egg or baby bella mushrooms, blue cheese, walnuts and parsley. The $30 Meal Kit is portioned for two and includes all ingredients needed to cook these dishes for dinner and dessert. 

Pre-order the French Meal Kit to pick up in-store Friday, July 15th, 4-6pm or Saturday, July 16th 9-11am and then tune in to the virtual Zoom cooking class on Sunday, July 18th at 4-5:30pm.
