Marcoot Jersey Creamery
Sustainability is a key component on the Marcoot farm and it gues the methods in which they take care of their herd, produce their cheese, and maintain their facility. Their cheese is made solely from the milk of their own Registered Jersey, primarily grass-fed cattle. The 100 milking Jersey cows enjoy pasturing on the paddocks in a variety of grasses to provide abundant natural nutrition.
