Hello Cooperators,

We have a lot going on in March!

We have begun our remodeling project in the old Cafe corner. The extra space will allow us to greatly expand on our refrigerated options and increase our space for items that tend to sell out quickly. We are extremely excited about the possibilities that are opening up for us, and for you, with this update. We do have to stop making self-serve coffee while this project is ongoing but it will return soon. We appreciate your patience as we finish construction.

Our current featured Artist, Selma Prado, will be in our classroom on March 2nd from 12-2 pm to talk about her display and can even take requests for personalized art, in almost any medium, that you would like to have made. Also on March 2nd Read Across America will be in the Mall Hallway from 10 am-1 pm along with the Winter Farmer's Market from 8 am-12 pm!

Our Spring Owner Appreciation Days will begin on March 6th! We will continue to have fantastic specials available for you to stock up on as well as the 10% off coupon books.

There are four cooking classes going on this month. On March 5th we will have Taste of Russia - Winter Festival Feast, on March 14th we will feature Simple Meals - Buffalo-Style Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Veggies, & Fruit Crisp, on March 23 we will have Springtime Soup & Spanakopita Virtual Cooking Class & Meal Kit, and on April 5th will be Sparkling Wine & The Aperol Spritz Cocktail Class. A Board Member will be in attendance for all of the classes for you to talk to about all things Co-op.

Please check out CGFC's event calendar and Lincoln Square's calendar for more details.

Thank you all for your amazing support of Common Ground!

Gary
