Gin & The Negroni In-person Cocktail Class

February 16, 2024
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Join us for our next cocktail class with Katie Carrillo and learn all about gin and The Negroni! A classic negroni is a cocktail made of equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, and garnish with an orange slice or orange peel. The Negroni has been documented in Italian cocktail books as early as the 1920s, and became popular in the 1940s.

This class will consist of a charcuterie plate, lessons on the history and making of gin and The Negroni, a tasting of different gins and vermouths, and a demonstration on how to make the classic cocktail. Students will then make their own Negroni using a unique combination of ingredients from the Co-op including a variety of herbs, strawberries, grapefruit, lemon, and cinnamon sticks.

$45/person - if you are a Common Ground owner use promo code OWNER for $5 off per ticket. Limited seating available - only 12 seats per class. Ticket includes class plus tasting. Waiting list will be made available once tickets are sold out.
