Treat your mother to a Thai feast! May has planned a special class to celebrate mothers for this month's Thai Cooking class. She will guide us through the preparation and assembly of a spring roll appetizer. Then, for the entree, she'll demonstrate an authentic basil chicken recipe, or basil tofu for our vegetarian guests.
