Thai Cooking: Egg Rolls & Basil Chicken

Our next Thai Cooking class, May will treat us to a two course dish. She will guide us through the preparation of an egg roll appetizer. Then, for the entree, she'll demonstrate an authentic basil chicken recipe, or basil tofu for our vegetarian guests.
