Mary, owner of Green Yoga Studio, is leading a series of self care classes at Common Ground, starting with an introduction to pranayama. She will explain what exactly pranayama is, how it can improve physical, mental, and emotional health, and ways you can practice it in your daily life.
With allergy season in full force, she will also discuss ways pranayama can help with congestion and sinus discomfort in conjunction with the popular home remedy, the Neti Pot.
