Do you like yogurt but are lactose intolerant or have a milk allergy or are vegan? If yes, then all is well, because you can still eat delicious, tart, and creamy non-dairy yogurt. In this class, you will learn a sure-fire, non-dairy yogurt-making method using commercial soy milk and “raw” cashews along with tips, history, and some yogurt lore. Also, the preparation of Greek yogurt from basic yogurt will be discussed. At the end of the class, everyone will get to sample a fruity yogurt parfait.
